This website and platform are operated by Shreenathji Farm under the brand name Adhika. By accessing our site and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Product Usage

You agree not to use our premium A2 Desi Cow Ghee or other products for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial resale purposes without obtaining prior written consent from us.

Price Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice, dictated by the seasonal availability and market costs of raw materials (A2 milk processing).

Product Accuracy

We have made every effort to display the true colors, packaging textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen display will perfectly match the physical product color.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order if the order appears to be placed by unauthorized dealers, distributors, or resellers.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nathdwara (Rajsamand), Rajasthan.
